Two office spaces to rent at Cecil Sharp House

Available from 1st October 2019

Two office spaces are available for rent within the 1930s arts centre Cecil Sharp House, home to the English Folk Dance and Song Society.


Office 1

Large office, 17.4ft x 10.8 ft. 

A self-contained office suitable for 4 or 5 people with its own bathroom is available to rent at Cecil Sharp House from October 2019 to September 2021. The office is accessible by stairs only. Lift access is available into the building.

Rental: £1050pcm, including heating, lighting, data but not phone.


Office 2 – NOW LET

2-3 person office, 14.5 x 7.75 ft

The office is available from October 2019 for a long term let. It is on the first floor of Cecil Sharp House, accessible by lift or stairs. There is a kitchen located on the same floor, and a staff toilet on this level too.

The room is blessed with natural light and a large window. There is a large heavy-duty shelf above the door to provide additional storage too.

Rental: £650pcm, including heating, lighting, data but not phone.


For both offices

Desks and office chairs can be provided, or tenants can bring their own. 

Data and phone sockets are provided, but phone services if required must be arranged and paid for by the tenants.

Cleaning & car parking are available as optional extras, price on asking.

Guaranteed hours of access are 9am-6pm. However Cecil Sharp House remains open most evenings until 10 or 11pm to host its thriving programme of classes, courses, concerts, dances and workshops. The offices are accessible during the opening hours of Cecil Sharp House only. Tenants are informed of any changes to core opening hours. 

Cecil Sharp House is also home to a lovely café, open every weekday, and a real ale bar, open for selected concerts and events only.
